Neuadd Farm is a very picturesque working Sheep Farm in the most
northerly village in Wales, very well situated for the lovely beaches of Cemaes Bay,
and close to the Anglesey Coastal Path.
Kathleen and Robert have made sure that everything you need is in the farm house, it is very well
equipped, comfortable, clean and homely feeling, traditionally furnished and very quiet. There is ample rooms for a large family to spread out and relax, access to a pleasant garden area and a
terrace to sit and unwind in the evenings. One special visit we went to feed the
lambs with the children up at the barns.
The village is excellent for basic
shops and there is a Post Office. Larger supermarkets are close by
at Amlwch and Holyhead. The beach at Cemaes is the safest for children I have ever seen, the tide goes out a very long way and a very gradual depth for
paddling etc.
The whole area is very
un-spoilt and beautiful, everyone is very friendly and helpful.
Looking at the visitors book in the lounge, there are many people who keep coming back again and again over many years,
I am sure I shall be one of them !

"I have been fortunate in enjoying beautiful holidays at Neuadd Farm for a great number of
years. It is a delightful old farmhouse with so
much character and charm. Furnished tastefully and comfortably to keep its character but with
the most up to date modern fittings. Mr and Mrs Williams are extremely welcoming and
helpful."

very kind to us over the years and made us feel more like family

"Neuadd is a
comfortable and cosy cottage within easy reach of Cemaes village
and a beautiful safe and sandy beach where children can explore
and play for hours.
The cottage is tastefully decorated and is well equipped for a
family, group or individuals.
The rear patio is great for lazy and relaxing afternoons in the
sun and my daughter enjoyed many afternoons playing in the
orchard and walking to the village and beach during our stay."

"I stayed at Neuadd as a child and as I have grown and got my
own family I have introduced them to this lovely place .
Neuadd is a lovely well maintained farmhouse and has a fully
functional kitchen and lovely bathroom. All the rooms are
tastefully decorated and reflect the character of this very
special place. The farmhouse is set in beautiful surroundings,
with short walks to the picturesque village of Cemaes with is
wide variety of shops - the Heritage Centre (and coffee shop)
will help visitors to uncover the history of the region. Take a
walk along the working jetty and watch the fishermen bring in
their catches. Beautiful beaches and a network of well
maintained coastal paths provide accessible ways of enjoying the
breathtaking tranquil scenery.
If you require a few more crowds (!) or a bit more activity
there are regular bus services to Holyhead and the fishing port
of Amlwch.
We love Cemaes and Robert and Kathleen are excellent hosts - we
cannot recommend this place highly enough."

"We have been
holidaying here at Neuadd, since we were very young - our
parents love the farm. We are now bringing our children and they
enjoy Neuadd Farm and Cemaes, just as much as we did, when we
were small.
The area is an ideal location for families with young children -
Cemaes Bay's beach is sandy, clean and safe.
Anglesey as a whole, is a great place to relax."

"Neuadd is a lovely holiday home. We have spent our summer
holidays here each year since 1976, and now our children bring
their children for holidays at different times of the year.
Whether just two persons or a larger number, you will find a
very welcoming atmosphere, great for all age groups. Highly
recommended by the Clarke family."

"We have been having a Spring holiday at Neuadd Farm since our
children were very young.
The welcome from the Williams family is second to none. The farm
accommodation is both spacious and comfortable. Our children
have enjoyed many happy hours exploring the locality and now
they are adults, they are still keen to join us on our annual
visits to Neuadd Farm.
It really is a restful place, ideal for recharging the
batteries."
