Neuadd Farm is a 300year old traditional welsh farmhouse.

The walls are 2ft thick and made of stone. Therefore it is
extremely difficult to make any structural alterations.

The farmhouse is a split level building with 2 stone steps to
the kitchen, 1step to the patio and 3 large steps to the
garden.

All bedrooms and bathroom/toilet are upstairs -11 step
staircase with a left hand turn at the top.

All beds have poly-cotton or cotton sheets and duvet covers
and polyester fillings.

Large car park on a long driveway.

Plenty of room to bring a car to the front door.

The house has oil central heating with additional heating in
the form of a coal effect electric fire. Electric cooker,
microwave and automatic washer dryer.

The hallway has quarry tiles, the remainder of the house has
fitted carpets.

Cemaes Bay has several shops, post office, chemist. A fish and
chip shop and various hotels serving food. The local Heritage
Centre has a tea room serving home made snacks cakes and
pastries, a small exhibition of photos and artefacts relating
to by gone days and a Tele centre. Cemaes Bay also has it’s
own doctor’s surgery and dentist.

Amlwch is a small town 5 miles away. Holyhead is 16 miles away
and Bangor 25miles away The county town of Llangefni is 16
miles inland.

The Amlwch to Holyhead buss service stops about 15 yards from
the farm gate. There are connections to Bangor and other parts
of the island.

Holyhead (16 miles away) has the nearest train station or
Bangor (25 miles away).

The Stenna and Irish Ferries sail to Ireland several times a
day from Holyhead.

Mobile phone coverage is not very good from the house as it
has thick stone walls but a good reception can be obtained
from outside.
